Brian has been interNACHI certified for over 3 years and performs every inspection to NACHI standards of practice.
NHIE
While not a requirement in Colorado, Brian passed the National Home Inspectors Exam voluntarily and with flying colors.
Sewer Scope
Brian has attained the interNACHI certification for proficiency in performing sewer scopes. Approximately 350 sewer scopes performed to date!
Radon
Brian holds the interNACHI certification for radon testing, in addition to the Nationally recognized CERTI C-101 Radon & Radon Decay Products Measurement Course. Hundreds of radon tests performed.
WDO
Brian has his wood destroying organism certification through interNACHI and is proficient in recognizing signs of infestation and insect/rodent damage.
Thermography
Brian is certified through interNACHI to perform thermal imaging inspections with a highly technical and precise camera. While the average inspection is limited to what is visually available at the time of the inspection, Brian's experience and advanced technical equipment allows him to 'see' behind the walls!
